Stuart Slatter
Stuart Slatter

Stuart Slatter is currently Chairman of Stuart Slatter Training Ltd and was a professor at the London Business School (LBS) for over 30 years. At LBS he was Chairman of the Strategic and International Management Department and Dean of Executive Education. He has extensive experience providing strategic consulting advice and management education to large corporations around the world. He is the author of several management books including Corporate Recovery (Penguin 1984), Gambling on Growth (Wiley 1992), High Tech Turnaround (Financial Times 2002) and joint author with D. Lovett and L. Barlow of Leading Corporate Turnaround (Wiley 2006). He is a graduate of Cambridge University , has an MBA from Stanford Business School and a PhD from London University.

David Lovett

David Lovett is currently a Managing Director with AlixPartners in London and Co-lead of AlixPartners Turnaround and Restructuring operations in Europe, The Middle East and Africa. David was formally a partner at Arthur Andersen where he formed and subsequently led the Global turnaround practice. He has worked with and for all the different stakeholder classes. Boards and management of companies in a multitude of industries from Nuclear to Agriculture, Retail to Construction, Financial Institutions to Oil companies, as well as acting for governments faced with the effects of recession, during the last 30 years. As well as co-authoring books with Stuart Slatter he speaks at conferences and contributes to academic life as Vice Chairman of the University of Westminster in London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround and a business graduate.

Eduardo Lemos
Eduardo Lemos

Eduardo Lemos is managing director in Perform Management & Consulting. He initiated his career as management consultant with Andersen Consulting in Brazil, subsequently transferred to Europe and the Middle East. In Europe, Eduardo participated in the turnaround and repositioning of Sintel as Marketing director and, as Administration and Planning & Control officer, he restructured organization and helped a regional Italian bank towards successful acquisition. After management and consulting experience in 17 countries, Eduardo returns to Brazil to dedicate to interim management. As interim CEO he led recovery of small and medium enterprises in the software equipment and services and in the consumer product industries. Eduardo has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Brazil's Aeronautical Institute of Technology (ITA), a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration with Edinburgh Business School, and a Sloan Fellowship MSc Masters in Management with London Business School. He is member of the Turnaround Management Association and of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance.

Thomas Felsberg
Thomas Felsberg

Thomas Felsberg is the managing partner at Felsberg, Pedretti, Mannrich e Aidar Advogados e Consultores Legais. He has been involved in the debt restructuring of many large companies and has extensive and acknowledged domestic and international experience in insolvency law. He actively contributed in drafting the Brazilian law on corporate debt restructuring, has published several articles on the subject and has participated as a speaker at congresses and conferences around the world. He is a member of the International Insolvency Institute and the American College of Bankruptcy and is the Chairman of TMA-Brasil.
