Contract

For Perform, contracts are essential communication tools to manage expectations regarding scope, responsibilities, format, objectives, results, timing, revenue components and other working terms and conditions. There are three ways to hire Perform:

• Consulting: the consulting agreement establishes an advisory relationship between Perform and client, and expected deliverables.
• Services: in the case of services trusted to Perform, an outsourcing contract specifies the relationship to perform the business process.
• Interim management: this type of contract is used when a Perform professional assumes an executive role on the client.
